EVERYTHING is HALF OFF this week only! (including my new kit, Always Greener)

So the store's big Grand Opening isn't until next week, but I thought to myself "Hey, why not celebrate now with a sale?" So guess what: my Scrapper's Secret store is HALF OFF through this Friday!

BIG NEWS: I'm opening a store!

That's right, I'm officially a designer! Scrapper's Secret is my new home. :) The store's Grand Opening is November 27, or "Black Friday," which for those of you outside of the States is *the BIGGEST shopping day of the year*! Big sales, big doorbusters, and craziness all around. ;) So I'll have a link to my store on Thanksgiving (or sooner) so you can check it out before the big fat sale! :)
So, it went live today but I only have one product in my store right now lol!
BUT, for the bad news: I've exceeded my bandwidth in 4Shared! So it's awesome you all love Wedding Bell Bliss, but I have to disable the links. :( Good news though: it'll be on mega sale Black Friday! And I'm breaking it up into its different colors (peach, blue, green, purple) so you can pick up the elements or papers that you missed in the colors you want! (HINT: they'll be updated, some with new colors/elements, and will be called "Coy Mistress.")

OMG, I better go back to uploading stuff to my store! Just wanted to make sure I gave you guys the big news!

Wedding Bell Bliss LO by Amy (Starry Eyed Designs)!

She used Wedding Bell Bliss and a cute photo mask. Isn't it just adorable?! And I like how she used the hyper-colored flowers. Such a sweet LO! :)

So my daughter has become obsessed with music! This morning I turned on my lap top to check my email while we ate brekkie and she was like "Mama, turn on some MUUUUSIC!" LOL, how could I say No to that?! Problem is, I need to go through my iTunes library and make a child friendly playlist! I have a Children's Music playlist already, of course, but I really don't feel like listening to kids' songs so early in the morning. Heehee!

And I've got some BIIIIIIG news coming up next week. Just need to finalize a few things so stay tuned! :)

Wedding Bell Bliss Day 3

Ugh, I've been getting to bed too late! I've gotta stop watching movies on HBO. Last night I got pulled into the movie Milk; I really thought I'd watch the first few minutes just to see if I liked it. If so, then I'd just DVR it so I could watch it during DD's nap. Well of course I ended up up watching over an hour and a half of it and didn't get to bed until after midnight. If DD weren't such a morning person it wouldn't be such a problem lol, but she was awake at 6:30. =-0 And the night before that I was up watching the second Librarian movie (not that it was even that good rotfl, but I just figured I should finish watching what I'd started. I'm a dork! Heehee.) I can't handle these late nights anymore lol.

Anyway, here is the last of Wedding Bell Bliss. I'm really trying to work on some WA for it, but I can't seem to get it to look the way I want. Oh well. Maybe I'll have some next week for ya!

Wedding Bell Bliss Day #2

OMG, I can't believe how quickly this day is flying by! I guess my daughter and I are just too busy playing that I can't keep track of time. Not a bad thing, right?!?! Oh, and the 40th season of Sesame Street started today. Genevieve loved it, but I'm not so sure how I felt about the new Abby Fairy school. She really loved Murray and Ovejita, so perhaps I'm just assuming she won't like the change, but so far she seems OK with it lol, so I guess I needn't worry.



Anyway, here's the second element pack and and paper pack. Come back tomorrow for the final two paper packs. (And I'm crossing my fingers I can finish the WA, but it probably won't be done until next week rotfl!)

And I really appreciate the comments I got on the kit yesterday! Please please please keep leaving them! The more "Thanks" I get, the more excited I am about designing...which means I am inspired to design even more for you. :)

And I'm debating putting a time limit on my freebies, but I can't decide what that limit should be lol. A week? A month? Until the next freebie is released? I dunno. It's just a thought so don't freak out yet! ;)

Wedding Bell Bliss kit FREEBIE!

Hello everyone!

So tomorrow Sesame Street turns 40! Can you believe it?! A show I loved as a kid is now my child's favorite. :)

And who spent too much this weekend?!?! DSD was an absolute blast! I shopped at Elemental Scraps, Scrap Orchard, and Shabby Pickle. Ooooh, I can't wait to show you all the LOs...you know, once I actually get around to scrapping lol!

But enough chitchat! It's time for the freebie. Introducing...Wedding Bell Bliss, a beautiful kit to scrap all your romantic photos. LOTS of papers (over 30) and gorgeous embellies. Take a look:

Now this isn't your typical wedding kit because I designed this for my own wedding pics, and I ain't your typical bride lol. ;) There are some grungy papers and funky elements. Download it and you'll see! Here's a little something I came up with:

That's one of my favorite wedding photos. It's just a snapshot someone took at the end of the day (that's my "open house" dress for the party we had following our small private ceremony). Actually, that photo is the reason I wanted to create this kit!
