Friday is now New Release day at ES!

YEA! I love Fridays even more now lol. Check out all the goodies in the shoppe today!

I made a page with Bella Gypsy's awesome Liberry Day kit:

I really wanted DD to look at me for a photo, so I kept saying "Look! Look at Mommy! If you look at me I'll give you a treat!" (yes, I tried bribery rotfl!), but she finally just said "MOM! I'm reading. I can't look at you!" *sigh*
Plus September's Color Play was released today. Aren't the colors perfect for those early Fall LOs?

Oh, and the Designer Sampler was released today, too. Here's a little something I made with Jessica Edwards' super cute sampler:

Actually, I made it for my Grandparents Day Challenge I'm hosting at ES. Check it out here. The rules are pretty easy: create a LO of your grandparents, either with a pic or with journaling.

By downloading and/or using any material you agree to follow all applicable copyright laws and the terms outlined in this document:

SATW files are single user licenses and are non-transferable--You may not give a copy of these products to anyone else, and no one outside of your own home may use them (meaning your minor child can scrap with SATW products, but you can't share these with a friend of yours)

You MAY:

1. Create a layout, or other flattened, printed product with these items for your own PERSONAL USE or for others' use for NO compensation.
If you would like a commercial license, please feel free to contact me. Commercial licenses will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Recolor, resize, or otherwise change the materials as long as it is in a manner befitting the designers intent (no lewd, profane or illegal uses).
3. Submit layouts using these materials for publication in online or print periodicals ONLY if credit is given to Scrapping All The Way for the appropriate materials. Provide a link to http://scrappingalltheway.blogspot.com/ (if allowed by the publisher)
4. Upload layouts or other items featuring Scrapping all the Way products as long as credit is given to Scrapping All The Way. A link to http://scrappingalltheway.blogspot.com/ is always appreciated (if allowed by the Gallery).
5. You may use these graphics to create hybrid items as gifts.
6. If you are a SMALL BUSINESS (home-based crafts, for example), you may use these graphics in flattened form in Scrap for Hire projects but no quickpages sold in bulk (for example, if a customer wants a punch label on one of the LOs you are making them, then that is fine.
You can NOT, however, use these graphics to create a large batch of quickpages that you plan on selling in .png format for others to "finish" with their own pictures, etc.
7. If you are a SMALL BUSINESS (home-based crafts, for example), you may use these graphics to create hybrid projects for no more than a batch of 100 items. (For example: you may make jar labels using these graphics but you may NOT make the same jar label more than
100 times using these graphics). If you would like to create something that does not adhere to these rules, please email me at scrappingalltheway (at) gmail.com and I will do my best to work with you!

You MAY NOT:

1. Sell any SATW material or claim as your own ("claim as your own" means: Do not tell someone that YOU made a SATW product). DO NOT PIRATE MY WORK.
2. receive compensation of any kind for creating a derivitive of SATW PU materials; this excludes Scrapping for Others/Scrapping for Hire projects, as long as the layout is in a "flattened" form (as a .jpeg not a .psd file), printed form.
You may NOT use these for any large-scale productions/companies. You can't re-package, recolor, or otherwise distort a SATW product and then sell it as a digital supply.
3. Rename a file and then claim as your own.
4. Change the material or add to a different material and then claim the finished product as your own. (In other words, you can't add a SATW item to something else and then claim the resulting item as yours.)
5. transfer ownership to another individual. This is a single user license.
6. hotlink, or share by direct link, any SATW designs or associated materials. You can, however, link to my website, http://scrappingalltheway.blogspot.com/

Scrapping all the Way reserves the right to alter and/or amend these rights at any time. I retain full copyright on all SATW items. Failure to follow the terms of use will result in
prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Please alert me to any infringes on the terms of use.
