12 borders in PNG format (white in the previews is for viewing purposes only: borders are black, but you can easily change their color!). Created in PS CS3. 12x12, 300 dpi.

Layer/duplicate them, change their layer styles, use multiple papers and group each with a border. Here are two examples:
